The service runs in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom environment under a GMP quality system, with a single-batch expansion scale of up to 50 liters, while inline sensors monitor pH, dissolved oxygen and cell density in real time to ensure batch-to-batch consistency.

CellBank is DrSignal Biotechnology’s cell storage and cell banking service, covering the full chain from sample intake and isolation through controlled-rate freezing, liquid nitrogen storage and retrieval. The service runs on a dual-site redundant configuration in Taipei and Taichung with a combined tank capacity of 120,000 vials, while IoT sensors monitor liquid nitrogen levels and tank temperature around the clock and raise an alert within 30 seconds of any anomaly.
